Heya <<First Name>>,
If there’s any silver lining for me in this troublesome year, it’s that I got to meet so many amazing people.
One of them is Dana Biddle, a fiber artist and yarn-shop owner from Johannesburg.
Here are a couple pictures from her shop, Colourspun:
After she downloaded a copy of “Ooh Odd Zoo” last summer, Dana got in touch to ask about creating patterns and kits based on animals from the book.
I said, “Of course!”
Look who arrived
Last week, she let me know that the first creature, a quokka, was now available.
Here it is in the wild:
Create your own quokka
As a gift to 320 Sycamore Studios readers, Dana has made the quokka pattern available for free. Just visit her ColourSpun Quokka page and follow the prompts.
And if you do make a quokka of your own, please send us a picture. 🙂
Thanks for reading with us in 2020.
Here’s to a safe, healthy, and connection-filled 2021.
